Finally got around to doing this.

Starting perk: Trained by Stripes (pretty much usuing weapons on his hindlegs and knows a bit of zebra hoof to hoof combat)
Weapon prefrences: Rifles and pistols, energy or not. He's not picky as long as it goes pew.
